Product Promotion Brochure and EDM for email marketing

We are looking to create an A5 foldable brochure 4 pages preferably promoting one of our product and also have some information about our company. We would like to have 2 variations to pick from. Designer must have access to stock photos to get the best result out for us.
We also would like 2 EDM designs to choose from will make 1 EDM for email marketing as well should be compatible for all devices and will be sent via ZOHO mailing marketing service
