Product Label and Pouch design

I am looking for an experienced designer to create an eye-catching product label and pouch design for a food and beverage product. Specifically, I need help creating an original design that is visually stimulating and will stand out to potential customers. The designer should have a broad understanding and experience with creating labels and pouches for the food and beverage industry, as well as knowledge of the latest trends in product branding.

The design will need to be based on industry standards, however I am open to the designer's creative interpretation and ideas when creating the design.
