Product Label / Creation

I'm looking for someone to help me create a product label including a placing a sku / bar code
This would need to include a new logo design and placing required data / warning labels and state requirements on the label. I've attached our current logo but I want to create another more retail appealing logo similar to the examples attached.
See attached examples:
Example #1 is our current product and has all of the required labels on it. We need to create a new "logo" and put the new Bar Code / SKU
Example #2 is a competitor label. We need to basically create something more appealing than this label.
