Printful - Create one All-over Print Product with Multiple Design Version

Create a product with 12 design variations on the Printful platform (printful.com)? The design files are provided in jpeg format. The idea is to create one All-over print product and give the client 12 choices.
This is a trial project. If the result is satisfying this will be repeated for dozens of products.
