Print, Sign, Photograph PDF -- 3

I have a single-page PDF that needs to be printed in full color, signed, and photographed. Once it’s printed I’d like my name added as a handwritten signature placed naturally in the designated space. snap a clear, well-lit photo (a phone camera is fine if resolution is high and glare-free) and return the image to me in JPG or PNG format.

Please keep the original colors true to the file, avoid any visible printer marks, and make sure the final photograph shows the entire page with no cropping.
