Print or Graphic Design created from image

I am looking for a skilled print designer who can create a design for print material based on an image. The design will be used for print materials only, and the project needs to be completed within a week. The print designs I want to recreate are the wooden framed artwork (male and female) in the attached image. I will be looking to use the print designs for t-shirts and wall art. I only want the images created separately. Do not design the frame into the print designs.
