Print Design for T-Shirt (sports club)

We need printable vectorized designs for t-shirts. The design should contain data from the respective sports club. For example, the year of foundation, a special slogan of the club or the club logo. We need two designs per club (=our customer). The designs should be one or two colors. In exceptional cases also multicolored. We provide the club logo, possibly a slogan and all the necessary information (e.g. t-shirt color). We also have sample designs for inspiration. We would like to pay per design/club. There are 50+ clubs (similar projects, but are created separately, but we are happy to stick with a fixed graphic designer.).
