Price list for salt cave & spa

I'm looking for a freelancer to help create a comprehensive price list for an existing salt cave & spa business. The list should feature a variety of items and services, and should include prices for each. Additionally, I'm not sure if I need calculations for taxes and discounts included in the list, so the freelancer should be able to advise me on the best way to handle this.
