My business is growing fast and I am looking for a 2nd mid-level premium designer to create a suite of social media templates and brand icons for use on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

-Organic media: You understand snowball momentum and nurturing drip system to build audience connection, brand building, and business outcomes which is different than creating one paid social ad.
-Design style: The preferred design style is premium and professional but not too heavy looking. The aim is to create a polished, appealing, and high-quality look for an entrepreneur's social media presence.
-Template types: The templates should be static images only, but clients are starting to ask for reels. I also may personally need animated static images at some point.
