Premium design for Facebook Ads & e-Learning website

We have launched an e-Learning platform for entrepreneurs & are now in the process of building out the marketing funnel. I'm looking for a quality designer for Facebook Ads, banners, LP's and collateral to promote associated webinars etc.

Must have strong creative and art direction skills, am looking for someone who can conceive & develop striking visual ideas, not just someone who can use Photoshop.
