Premium QR Code Design and HTML Integration

We are seeking a talented freelancer to create five unique and visually appealing QR code designs for a restaurant. These QR codes will be placed within the restaurant premises for customers to scan, enabling them to access the restaurant's menu. This project consists of two main parts:
Part 1: Poster Design
Create a premium-looking poster that provides clear instructions for customers on how to scan the QR code and access the restaurant's menu.
Please refer to the attached design for a high-level understanding of the desired poster layout and design.
Part 2: HTML Code Generation
Generate HTML code for the poster designs. We will provide you with an initial HTML code template, and your task is to modify it to incorporate the QR designs (you should design these posters in such a way that you will need to use these icons and assets for the html) seamlessly.
Requirements:
Proficiency in graphic design for the poster.
HTML coding skills to modify the provided template.
Creativity in designing unique QR codes that align with the restaurant's branding.
Attention to detail for an aesthetically pleasing and functional design.
Effective communication in English.
Deliverables:
Five unique QR code designs in high-resolution image format.
A premium poster design in high-resolution image format (incorporating the QR codes).
Modified HTML code that includes the poster design and QR codes for menu access.
Timeline:
The project should be completed within 3 days.
