We are seeking an experienced fashion designer to create a detailed tech pack for our upcoming collection of premium cotton cloths for children aged 2-9.

Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive tech pack, including:
• Detailed flat sketches
• Material specifications
• Size charts
• Construction details
• Ensure designs align with our brand’s vision of quality, comfort, and style.
• Collaborate to refine designs based on feedback.
• Provide a production-ready tech pack.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in creating tech packs for children’s fashion.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, materials, and sizing.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). 
• Ability to align with our brand’s aesthetic and quality standards.
• Attention to detail and understanding of the manufacturing process.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work.
