Pre and Post Surgery Nutrition

I have several paragraphs of information (often repeating facts that only need to be stated once) I need combined into 2 documents, a Pre Surgery Nutrition Guide and a Post Surgery Nutrition Guide. I also have a purchased guide with the similar information I would like to use as an example of what I'm looking for (I cannot legally use the document for my clients, so I wish it to be just different enough to pass copywrite). Please create an editable PDF with graphic details and the information from the attached documents.
