Powerpoints optimization

For this project, my goal is to improve the design of my Powerpoint presentation. I have an existing template that I would like to utilize, but I am open to anything when it comes to the content and audience. I'm looking for someone to bring their expertise in design to take my existing presentation to the next level and make it as engaging as possible.
