I'm seeking a developer to create an interactive chat application powered by AI, capable of summarizing and extracting text from 10 preloaded PDFs. These PDFs are publicly available rules, guidelines, office memos of the Government of India
Key Features:
- The chat application should provide both text summaries and direct excerpts from the PDFs.
- All 10 PDFs should be preloaded into the app, as opposed to manually uploaded by the user. I should be able rk load more PDFs as they evolve and more are issued by the government.
- The user interface should be a fully interactive chat dashboard, not just a simple text-based chat window or a basic graphical interface.
