PowerBuilder UI enhancements

I am looking for a PowerBuilder developer who can enhance the visual design of my PowerBuilder 12.6 based application UI. The ideal candidate should have experience in UI design and be able to bring creative ideas to the table.
Specific requirements for the project include:
- Improved visual design: The UI should have a more modern and visually appealing look.
- Retention of existing process flow: While the interface can be redesigned, the process flow should remain the same.
- Open to suggestions: I have some ideas for the design, but I am also open to the designer's creativity and suggestions.
