Pouch package artwork

I need artwork created for a new pouch package. The artwork is very simple. A mock up of the design is attached and the dieline is attached as well. Please create the artwork based on PMS colours, rather than 4 colour process, so that we can print the final package with only 2 colours.
Font to be used is 'Metropolis.' I have attached this as well.
