Pouch Designing

I am seeking a designer to create a flat center seal pouch for food storage. I have some ideas for the design elements and branding, but I am open to suggestions. The ideal candidate for this job would have experience in packaging design, particularly in the food industry. They should be able to bring my ideas to life and create a visually appealing and functional packaging pouch.
