Poster (or slightly smaller size, around 16x20 in) for a one-year anniversary

I'm looking for a talented designer to create a unique poster that celebrates my wife and I's one-year anniversary. The poster should have a romantic theme, and feature a specific photo or image that I will provide. The provided images are of Quebec City with views from Le Petit Champlain looking up at Chateau Frontenac. I would like the colors to be pastel, but am open to artistic interpretation and vision. This poster should be poster size (or slightly smaller at around 16x20 inches).
