Postcard design - Photoshop

We need a 6x9 postcard to be designed. Most of the artwork will be provided, but we need some Photoshop work to wrap a chain around a a word. Final deliverable will be 2 Photoshop files, front and back. Project requirements are below.

1. Deliverables: 2 Photoshop files, 1 front, 1 back of postcard. File needs to be layered with editable text in case we need to edit it.
2. Layout: 6x9. See attached 6x9-postcard-template.pdf file for exact dimensions and layout.
3. Photoshop Icon: need to create a small icon with the word 'LOCK' and wrap a chain and lock around it. I've attached an image with the lock and chain, you will need to cut out the credit card from the background. Use a thick font, then wrap the chain around the word LOCK.
4. Front:
- background: use attached 'equipment-1-locked-final.jpg'
- Logo in top left (attached, but need to remove the 'John Deere' from eps logo files)
- Text: JESCO **LOCK** In Sales Event <<<<<< **LOCK** should use the icon created in #3
- Text: LIMITED TIME ONLY
5. Back:
- Text:
