Post graphic design

I need a contractor which will be preparing for me post for linkedin and facebook.
The tasks will be splitted into two categories:
1. prepare a post skeleton:
a. separate for facebook/linkedin
b. separate for different posts series
c. in the same graphical manner
2. prepare 2-4 posts in a week based for which:
a. I will prepare topic and text
b. someone will need to find pictures/icons/graphic elements and put it on the sceleton.

My idea is to pay higher for 1st type of task and less for 2nd i.e.:
- 50-100$ for skeleton
- 5-10$ for post
This will be long term cooperation (over 3 months).

Any expierience in personal branding/social marketing on LinkedIn/Facebook will be most welcome.
