Post Card Mailer

I'm looking to get a design for a post card. I'm looking at 6"x9" two sided. I want to include the phrase The Valley's first and only curbside trash bin cleaning service. I attached some images I had made a few months back as well as a coverage map image and a QR code. I would like logos for Facebook, Instagram, NextDoor and TikTok. I want the image with the three cans to be large on one side. I also need the mailers to meet the attached USPS requirements and have the images mentioned.
