Portrait of two cats

As a present for Christmas, I want to get my girlfriend a portrait of the cat she lost and the new cat that we have now. I'm open to ideas of how the cats should pose, but I would like for them to be playing/ being friendly even though they never got to meet. I have attached pictures of the two cats as well.
