Portrait Object & Clothing Edits

I have a single portrait that needs a light, polished retouch. The task is straightforward: first, eliminate a small unwanted object in the frame; then turn to the wardrobe. I’d like the clothes smoothed so no wrinkles remain, one minor item on the outfit either added or removed for a cleaner look, and the overall fit subtly reduced so the garment sits closer to the body without looking artificial.

Please keep skin tones and overall colours natural, working non-destructively in Photoshop (or an equivalent layer-based tool) so I can request tweaks if needed. When finished, deliver a high-resolution JPEG plus the editable PSD with organised layers.
