Porsche 992 Cup Skin Template

I'm looking for an experienced designer to create a custom skin template for a Porsche 992 Cup car in iRacing. The skin should be 2048x2048 and can be based on a model I will provide.
Key Requirements:
- Custom color scheme whole body blue neon metalic.
- Handwritten style text for "Haoni Gaming" on the doors
- Can replicate a similar design as provided model.
- Template PSD provided.
- Main is the metalic collour, hand written style name, and stripes.
Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Strong attention to detail
