Pop Art Style Banner & Images Creation

I'm looking for a designer with strong pop art style experience to create a banner and adjust 5 images for my website. I have a few AI-generated images that need minor tweaks, but at least two of the images need to be uniquely crafted in the pop art style.
Specifics:
- The final images need to be delivered in PNG format.
- The banner will contain different text for each instance, so flexibility and creativity are key.
- The hand-drawn pop art style images will need to incorporate characters, scenes, and objects.
