Pop Art Mural for Interior Restaurant Wall

I am in search of a skilled artist who can combine both creativity and detail to create a pop art mural for my restaurant, the first black owned and resident owned Fish Market in the City of Compton. The wall is relatively small, with dimensions up to 10ft. Ideally if we can find an artist who is up to the challenge of creating a mural before our soft opening on 1/26z
Specifically, I require:
