Polished Presentations & Report Design

I have a mix of educational slide decks, project reports, small data tables, and one-off logos that all need the same crisp, minimalist look.

PowerPoint
I’ll provide the outline and raw content; you transform it into a clean, cohesive educational presentation—15-25 slides on average—with consistent colours, ample white space, and only the lightest animation where it enhances learning.

Word Reports
The same visual language should carry over to my reports. Apply paragraph styles, headers, footers, and an attractive background so the finished PDF reads like a professionally laid-out publication.

Excel
Occasionally I’ll pass along spreadsheets that require basic data entry, tidy tables, and straightforward formulas (SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP, etc.). Accuracy and neat formatting matter more than complex analytics.

Logos & Taglines
Each project may call for a simple, two-colour logo and a short line of creative text to brand the material. Nothing intricate—just a smart mark that fits the minimalist aesthetic.

Deliverables
• Editable PowerPoint (.pptx) in the agreed-upon style
• Formatted Word report template (.docx) matching the slide branding
• Clean Excel workbook with functioning formulas
• Logo in SVG/PNG plus tagline text

Consistent typography, well-named layers, and organised folders are essential. Once files meet those standards, we’re done.
