Police K-9 Unit shirt

I want to make a shirt for a fundraiser for our program. The shirt is going to be black. Looking for medium to large print in the back. I have attached a couple photos. Burlingame, CA has a famous "Broadway Burlingame" sign as seen in the photo. We also have the attached Mustang vehicle. Our dog is a "Malinois" dog, not a german Shepard. I have attached a picture of what they look like. Looking for a dog in the mustang, with the Burlingame sign in the background? The dogs name is "Kona" ....Also would like a small design for the front.
