Please design some print media
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hi, I need some print media for a cardiology private practice.
The first thing is a word letter template with the logo etc. with address, telephone fax email and homepage address. There should be a field for patients address (letter to). The design parts should be at the top of the letter, so not on the sides maybe also on the footer. The second design i need is a envelope design, I attach a mock up, it would be great if you could send one with and one without a red envelope closing part. thank you
I will attach the logo plus some mock-ups regarding the design as well as the print credentials that are needed.
