Playful Pastel Nautical Logo Design

I'm seeking a designer to create a fun and playful logo for my website and a sticker for my boat. The design should be in bright pastel colors and incorporate nautical themes, reflecting a light-hearted and adventurous spirit.
We are looking for a logo similar in appearance to the attached images. That similar look and feel. Our website name is PeaceOut-Sailing.com and the name we want to go by is Peace Out Sailing. We need a good brand website logo displaying our name and a turtle and a simple sailboat similar to what I attached in the images. I would like it all be in a circle design shape. Fun bright nautical theme. The scene should be a turtle just underwater, maybe with head sticking out and a sailboat similar to the one in the images in the background. the turtle will end up being our mascot so its equally as important as the sailboat and the water. We also will need to be able to make it into a single color imprint for stickers/t-shirts to sell and larger sticker for our boat. I can clarify as needed.
