Playful Beach-Themed Ornament SVG Design

I'm looking for a designer to create a fun and playful 3" diameter ornament SVG file. This ornament is to commemorate the 14th consecutive year of a gathering of high school friends in 2024. The event will take place in a rented house on the beach in Oceanside, CA.
