Playable Ad

We're considering trying the playable/interactive ad format. How much does it cost do develop a playable ad? We have all our app graphics available. Our app is a SoMe for kids 7-13y, but it's also about dressing up your avatar. So maybe the playable ad can be about choosing an outfit... Feel free to share links to former work.
