Planner without date

Hi, i am looking for person who can design yearly planner without dates. I have a planner designed in my head and have some print screen examples but i need somebody to put my ideas on paper if you know what i mean. If is there anybody who has experience in making a planner in would love to see your example work and love to colaborate with you. Best regards
