Photoshop Image Editing

I need a Photoshop expert to modify an image. The tasks include:

- Removing some objects in the background and foreground.
- Changing colors in the image (to be discussed)

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with complex image manipulation and color adjustments
