Photo-montages using Corel Draw - Rebranding project

We are rebrand consultants. we are seeking the services of a designer / documenter who is experienced in Corel Draw and in signage applications on buildings, etc ....
Our client is a corporate business who is changing its branding identity and its name.
We need to document each location with the new brand.
We are talking about 70+ locations across Australia.
Using a Corel template that we have developed, the project consists of:
- Transposing on the template all the existing signs that have been identified by the surveyor, then
- doing a simple photo-montgae / overlay so the client can visually interpret what it will look like.
It will include referencing to standard specifications, etc ...
We are ready to appoint someone now. We anticipate part-time work on this project for the next 3 months, as we receiver and approve the audits from the surveyors.
