Photo-montages / Info graphics for a rebranding project. CorelDraw expertise a must -- 3

We are rebranding consultants.
We are seeking the services of a designer / documenter who is experienced (1) in Corel Draw, (2) in infographics and (3) in signage applications on buildings, etc ....
Our client is a corporate business who is changing its Name and its Visual Identity.
They have 70+ locations across Australia that need to be rebranded.
Using CorelDraw, your task consists of:
- Transposing on the template all the existing signs that have been identified by the surveyor, then
- doing a simple photo-montage / overlay on each existing sign so the client can visually interpret what is being proposed to replace it.
- defining the specification for each sign for the purpose of tendering the works to contractors & costing.
To simplify the process, we have developed a set of standard specifications, so it will be a matter of referencing a proposed sign to the specs.
Why Corel? Our staff are all familiar with CorelDraw; If a change/amendment is requested (for whatever reason), it is a matter for the staff member to amend the Corel file there and then. It saves having to go back to you, to brief you again when we need to change a dimension or a colour, etc ...
We are ready to appoint someone now.
All work is to be done remotely; All the project files will be available in our Cloud-based portal.
We anticipate part-time work on this project for the next 3 months, as we receive and approve the audits from the surveyors.
The budget being quoted here is for the first 10 sites only. I want to ensure that the brief is well understood and that you are the correct applicant for this job.
