Photo editor for family picture

I am in need of a skilled photo editor to take family photos and make it look special. The editing tasks I need done include color correction, retouching such as blemish removal, wrinkle reduction, and background removal. Some glare needs to be removed from peoples faces. I am looking for it to have a light and airy feel. I need the edited photo within a week.
