Photo collage poster designer

I'd like to have someone design a photo collage poster for my brother in law. His name is Kevin and this is for his 40th birthday. He works at Trader Joe's so Hawaiian shirts are a thing. He also lives on Cape Cod so something beachy would be cool. I'm going to print it on foam board. looking for about 24x30 printable size. hoping to have design within 48 hours.
