Photo Touch-Up for Obituary

I need a few tweaks done to a photo of my mom in anticipation of her obituary.

Requirements:
- Soften some wrinkles slightly for a natural look.
- Fix a goofy lip twist to make it symmetrical with the other side.
- Make the background look more natural.
