Photo Editing and Resizing for 4x6 Prints

One of my scanned photos requires editing, including object removal and a possible background change to match another photo I will provide. Both the edited and original versions of this photo should be printable at a 4x6 size. This project is urgent and needs to be completed within 24 hours. Professional quality is essential.
