Photo Editing: Dog Color Adjustment

I have a photo of my dog that needs some adjustments. I need the color of my dog's feet lightened and the color of the face wrinkles lightened as well. Additionally, I am looking to have my waist slimmed and the photo moved in front of another backdrop (that I will provide). As well as straightening the dog’s leg closest to me.
