Phoenix/Scottsdale Short-term Rental Flyer

I own a couple airbnb properties down in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. I want help in designing a flyer that I can send out to prior guests showcasing the two properties and highlighting return discount pricing and to encourage them to share with friends and family. I'd like some help in building out the initial template.
