I'm looking for a graphic designer to create a medium-sized (16x20 inches) poster as a gift for a scoutmaster. This unique gift should combine selected scouting activity photos and pictures of the scoutmaster in a visually appealing layout, along with a listing of the names of his Eagle Scout. I am thinking to collage the boys' photos into a visually appealing shape such as the scout fleur-de-lis, with the boys' names surrounding or below and a brief thank you to him.
