Personal Logo Design

I am looking for a minimalist logo design for my personal brand. It will be incorporated in my new home for house sign, linen, letter heads, etc. The ideal colour schemes would be black on white, gold on black and black on gold variants. There will be a full logo with the house name, "Ravens Crest" and a short version "RC". I would like to logo to be a simplified line drawing similar to the outline of my house. It doesn't have to be an exact match and I am open to the designer's suggestions. The font needs to stand out enough to be on a house sign for example but it would be nice if it was slightly more elegant than block so that the "RC" initials look good. It needs to be a free to use font. I have provided some examples of a similar logo and a PDF photo of my house. however, I would like the line drawing of the building to represent my house (picture also attached). The finished design package should include both versions of the logo in standard image file formats i.e. jpg, .png, .bmp, images with a transparent background and vector format files, EPS & SVG. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating minimalist logos and have a strong sense of design aesthetics. Attention to detail is crucial, as I am looking for a clean and simple design that can be used across various platforms.
