Pattern Design for Cycling Shirts

I am looking for a pattern design for my cycling shirts. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating unique and eye-catching designs for apparel.

Pattern Design:
- I have my own elements that I would like to incorporate into the design.
- The design should be abstract, geometric, or floral, depending on the designer's expertise.

Colors:
- I have a general color palette in mind for the design.
- The designer should be able to suggest and incorporate colors that complement the overall design and appeal to cyclists.

I am attaching the graphic elements. Also the pocket should show our logos, I am attaching an example.
Please use your imagination. Our colours are orange, black, grey and white. The green is an option.
