Patient Journey Map
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I am a doctor and I am working with a group of enthusiastic patients in the UK to improve the information available to patients with certain types of blood disorders.
I am looking for someone to design two one page 'patient maps' that can be used in print and online as an aid for patients to help them understand their path through treatment.

Funding has been agreed with a local charity. A condition of the funding is that the raw design files ad the copyright transfers to the charity.
Please contact me if you're interested in being part of a project that is slightly off the beaten track and will make a huge difference to patients. This will be an iterative process - please only contact me if you will be interested in this project over the medium term.
