Party invite

I need someone to create a party invitaion to be distributed electronically or uploaded to evites. I have identified the artwork (requires Adobe) The details for the event are basic. Its not a large job but I am currently on a ship and do not have the tools to do it. And i need it asap.

I have not purchased the artwork yet... the files are enormous and it would make the most sense for the designer to purchase/download the art. The artwork is $15. Please include this in your price.
