10 Page Booklet Design on First Phase of a Renovation Project

I am looking for an imaginative and skilled graphic designer to work on an engaging booklet. This booklet will showcase the first phase of a renovation project in an urban area. It's vital that the designer can create visually appealing layouts and has a keen eye for details.
The booklet should be both informative and captivating. Here is an outline of the content that needs to be included, without revealing specifics:
Cover Page: Needs to be enticing and representative of renewal.
Page 1: Introduction to the project.
Page 2: Overview of the goals of the first phase.
Page 3: A map of the area undergoing renovation.
Page 4: Listing of two main buildings (Building 1 & Building 2) being renovated.
Page 5 & 6: Detailed information on Building 1. One or two pages for the introduction and then each space within Building 1 gets its own page or set of two pages. This should include visuals of plans, before & after images, and relevant statistics.
Page 7 & 8: Similar to Page 5 & 6 but for Building 2.
Page 9: Financial analysis of the project (graphs and infographics).
Page 10: A conclusion and looking ahead section.
Back Cover: A simple, clean design with contact information.
