Packing Slip Help

I need help formatting this packing slip so its easier to input everything. Having trouble finding a way to keep the logo watermarked behind the text, and getting it to fit onto one sheet of paper when i try to print it. Wondering if theres a way to make something similar to what i have or if possible to tweak it
